Once your request is received and processed you will be notified via E-mail or phone for additional information and confirmation of your reservation request.

The CCC reserves the right to assign the most appropriate room to best support the meeting venue.

Please review the details you have entered about your meeting and submit your request below. You may request a meeting room and date through this online reservation request; however, a CCC contract is required to confirm your reservation. You may receive a phone call, at the phone number provided by you above, to discuss details such as beverage services, audio/visual equipment needs, etc. If the space you requested is available, a contract will be mailed or faxed to you within 72 business hours. The CCC contract must be signed and returned to confirm your reservation.
