cart
will be
set up

meeting

cart

pitchers
and
enough

buckets

requested
on your
contract.

No
alcohol
may be
served
on the
premises
of the
CCC.
This
includes
spirits,
wine and
beer.
-
No red
or dark
colored
punch or
beverages
may be
served.
Stains,
on
carpet
and
table
linens,
caused
by these
beverages
are
nearly
impossible
to
remove.
We
recommend
colas,
clear
carbonated
beverages,
teas,
lemonades,
or light
colored
punches.

Coffee,
if you
choose
to
serve,
must be
purchased
through
the
Center
for
Community
Cooperation.

Caterers
The caterers on this list have liability insurance and have satisfactorily catered events at
the Center for Community Cooperation for other nonprofit organizations. Organizations are not
limited to the caterers listed below. This list of caterers is provided for your convenience
and does not represent an endorsement by the Center for Community Cooperation.
If you would like to
use a caterer not listed below, please check with the CCC to establish caterer eligibility.
It is possible that their Certificate of Liability may already be on file with us. If not,
their Certificate can be faxed to 214.824.7840. This information must be received prior to
the date of the meeting. Just a reminder, if you choose to serve coffee during your meeting,
it must be purchased through the Center for Community Cooperation.

Photocopying
and Fax
Services
A
photocopier
and fax
machine are
available
for groups
to use for a
fee on a
self-service
basis.
Payment for
these
services is
handled
through the
Center for
Community
Cooperation
receptionist.
